Refreshing, gooey and perfectly bite-sized – today we are making The Best Lemon Weed Bars you’ve ever tasted.
It’s a common baking misconception that great baked goods must always take a lot of time.
This is not necessarily true!
But what is true, is that when you set yourself up properly in your Canna-Kitchen, you can bake like a pro and churn out fantastic weed edible recipes whenever you like.
Ready to start baking, and get baked?
Fresh is best, and today’s recipe is no exception. Juicing lemons can be both satisfying and frustrating.
Using a proper lemon juicer, OR your hand (yes, your hand) can make a big difference when trying to squeeze every last drop of your juicy lemons.
A lemon juicer that is handheld would be my preference, and I have one I love using.
If you don’t have a juicer, but you want to make today’s recipe now, then just squeeze a half of lemon in your hand, holding it like a small bowl. Juice directly into your hand, and over a bowl.
Then, let your fingers open just slightly so that all of the juice drips out into the bowl, but the seeds (annoying) stay in your hand.
Discard the seeds, and wash your hands.
Special Tip: your hands will feel amazing if you don’t currently have any cuts or scrapes. If you have more lemons than what this recipe calls for then there are so many other wonderful edible recipes you can make like lemon cream for desserts!
Of course, you’ll need lemons but in order to make it a weed edible, you’ll need:
In case you don’t have any at home, making this recipe is easy – but takes a little time. (just a forewarning you’re looking at about 40 minutes)
When you make up a batch, freeze some in ice-cube tray’s so you never run out.
Here’s how to make the best weed butter:
You’ll love how fresh and juicy these decadent lemon bars will taste. Make sure you share!
Remember, Cannadish Chef Says: “Heat It To Eat It!” Always make sure you decarb your weed first, before making any weed edibles.
