Combined with delicious sweet ingredients like cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg, this French take on a traditional doughnut is everything!
Beignets are a French doughnut, normally made with yeast, sweet dough, and fried. They are topped off with a dusting of powdered sugar.
They are light, pillowy, and fluffy pastries.
Doughnuts are different in shape and texture, and usually more dense/thick.
But for today’s recipe, we’re taking a little shortcut – but the results won’t lack, I promise you’ll love these little bad boys as much as I do!
