Decarbing your cannabis is arguably the single most important step.

The Science Behind Decarboxylation
Decarboxylation is the conversion of THCa into THC or CBDa into CBD.
Without decarbing your weed, THCa and CBDa will not stick to the endocannabinoid receptor sites in your body.
This will result in inhibiting the effects of cannabis that we’re after.
Skip it or forget it and you’ll have a weak product that lacks the active cannabinoids.
How To Decarboxylate Cannabis

Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
Cool down

Cut the beef across the grain into about 1/2-inch strips -nice and thin. Set aside.
Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in cannautter in your big pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender; remove from pot.
Cook beef in same skillet until brown. Stir in 1 cup of the broth, the salt and pepper. Bring to a boil , reduce and cover and simmer 15 minutes.
