Pre Baking Batches of Weed Butter
Cannabutter is the base of about a billion different weed edible recipes so whipping up a batch (like, now) and freezing it into ice cube trays, in the freezer will ensure that you never run out and you only have to make it once.
Depending on the type of high you want, why not make two or three various batches of cannabutter and label them according to the high it produces?
For example, if you’re going to decarb Bubba Kush, and you know you always feel relaxed, tired, and enjoy a couch-lock ride – then label this batch something like: “sleepy butter”.
Or, if you want to feel happy and elevated, use Skull Cap in your next batch and label it happy weed butter.
The list goes on and on – but I think you get the point.
Here’s how to effectively and properly make Cannabutter at home:
A recipe on how to make cannabis butter at home. After many cannabutter recipes, we find that this is by far the best way to infuse weed with butter.

Notes
If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter. The video guide might be slightly different than the blog recipe. The blog recipe is the most updated and accurate.
Love booze and bud? Me too – but you can’t just decide on a whim that you want it. You have to prepare it and infuse it for at least 3 days.
For tips on how to infuse booze with weed, check out this recipe below. If you’re not a vodka lover no worries because the process is exactly the same with Gin, Rum, Rye, etc.
This cannabis infused vodka can be used for both weed cocktails or cannabis edibles.
1wholelimecut into wedges with a small slit on top, to use for rimming the edge of the glass.
Instructions
Mix up all of your ingredients together except for Sprite and Candy Canes in a pitcher.
Grab your cocktail glasses and slide a lime wedge around the entire rim a few times, pushing hard.
Place your glass upside down into the sugar ( just pour the sugar on a plate) and rim your glass! If you don't have sugar, you can also crush up candy canes and use them here – make sure they're finely crushed.
Pour your cocktail mixture evenly into all glasses, pop a candy cane inside and voila!
Cookies are wonderful little things because you can make them relatively fast once you have enough decarbed weed, and you can freeze them for weeks so that they’re ready anytime you like!
Here is one of our favourite weed cookie recipes you can make and have ready before the holidays. Stuff a few in your coat if you’re going to a non-weed-friendly home and take a nibble in the bathroom if you’re really stuck!
