If you’re a seafood lover then you’re going to drool over today’s recipe Creamy Tequila Lime Shrimp With Cannabis Oil.

I always feel so bad for people who are allergic to shellfish and seafood – how do they even enjoy food?!

Here’s the exciting part for today! We are going to flambee! Never done that before? We’re basically going to light up this dish and set it on fire.

It’s so creamy, and a total crowd-pleaser.

You’ll want to use the largest, juiciest shrimp you can find and if you have a seafood market nearby – that’s the ticket to taste.

You’ll also want to grab the following if you’re going out shopping:

  • Fresh baguette for dipping
  • Shrimp – 1 lb
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Cannabis oil ( recipe below)
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Tequila & White wine
  • Heavy cream
  • Fresh Lime
  • Cannabutter or regular butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

Can I Use Cannabutter Too?

This recipe calls for a few pads of butter, so if you have cannabutter on hand, then absolutely use that!

Otherwise, regular butter will still taste delicious – and you’ll get the weed infusion by using cannabis oil anyway!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh jumbo shrimp peeled, devined, chopped into cubes
  • 1 whole shallot peeled and chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes more if you want
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp tequila
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh
  • 1 whole lime for squeezing
  • 3-4 pads cannabutter or reg butter
  • 1 loaf fresh baguette or any pita chips, tortilla chips.

Instructions

  • Start by peeling, deveining, washing, and chopping your shrimp into cubes
  • Chop shallots, cilantro, and mince garlic.
  • To a hot frying pan with cannabis oil, add in shrimp until golden brown. Next, toss in shallots and garlic, and give it a mix. Add in pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  • To the hot pan, add in wine and tequila and set it on fire being extremely careful. A long BBQ lighter is best.
  • Once the alcohol is burned off and the flames subside (agian, BE CAREFUL) add in heavy cream. Stir until thick.
  • Add in cannabutter, juice of lime, and cilantro. Remove from heat, and serve with fresh bread, or tortillas. Enjoy!
