Start by peeling, deveining, washing, and chopping your shrimp into cubes
Chop shallots, cilantro, and mince garlic.
To a hot frying pan with cannabis oil, add in shrimp until golden brown. Next, toss in shallots and garlic, and give it a mix. Add in pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
To the hot pan, add in wine and tequila and set it on fire being extremely careful. A long BBQ lighter is best.
Once the alcohol is burned off and the flames subside (agian, BE CAREFUL) add in heavy cream. Stir until thick.
Add in cannabutter, juice of lime, and cilantro. Remove from heat, and serve with fresh bread, or tortillas. Enjoy!
