Made with just a few simple ingredients, and of course, with a little bit of weed-infused into them, these will be your favourite go-to snacks for sure.

And if you’ve ever asked yourself upon waking: “Ugh.. what am I going to eat today for breakfast?” Well, now the answer is solved!


What Ingredients Do I Need?

This yummy little recipe can be modified to your liking, so whatever is suggested here can be substituted or swapped out except for the cannabis, of course!

  • Cannabutter (recipe below)
  • Eggs (or just egg whites, you choose)
  • Green onions
  • Red onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Green Peppers
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Taco seasoning if you like, or you can add a 1/4 tsp dash of cayenne pepper if you like it hot
  • Shredded cheese or goat cheese

How To Make Cannabis Butter

Making weed butter is easy and satisfying, and to be honest? If you make a bunch, you can freeze them into ice cube trays and pop one out whenever you need it.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

  • Oven
  • muffin liners
  • Muffin Tins
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs or egg whites
  • 1 large pepper chopped small
  • 1/2 onion red chopped small
  • 1/2 green onion chopped small
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper each
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning or cayenne pepper or both!
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped small
  • 1/2 cup any greens like spinach chopped small
  • 1 cup fresh grated cheese or goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup cannabutter melted in the microwave for about 20 seconds or more if cold.

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350 F
  • Chop all veggies. Mix everything together and whisk in a large bowl.
  • Line your muffin tin with liners, and pour 1/2 full with your mixture
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
