The drink requires low-mold coffee beans, grass-fed butter, which is higher in Omega-3s and vitamins, and medium-chain triglyceride oil. The end result is a 450-calories cup of breakfast coffee said to give drinkers a clean caffeine high and promote weight loss.

The term bulletproof comes from Asprey’s mission and motto: “To BE a Better Human, and to BE the Proof.”

Bulletproof Cannabis Coffee

Ingredients Equipment Method

Ingredients

  

• 8 oz organic coffee low mold – lowest possible
• 1 tbsp MCT oil
• 25 MG CBD oil
• 3 tbsp cannabutter

Equipment

• Coffee maker or Coffee Bodum ( we love Bilati – an Italian Moka pot)
• Magic Bullet,Ninja or any kind of blender.
• Measuring spoons – mostly just a TBSP

Method

 

1. Brew your favorite organic coffee
2. While your coffee is brewing, start loading up your blender with the oils and fats
3. Once your coffee is hot, fresh and brewed, pour it over the oils and fats in the blender and mix up for 30 seconds.
4. Caution: We tried this step and our magic bullet couldn't handle the heat and leaked a little. Have paper towels on hand just in case.
5. Pour into your favorite coffee cup, and enjoy!
