Now you can purchase flavour packets to enhance your macaroni and cheese meal like jalapeno, butter chicken, and even cotton candy!

Instead of gambling with a good thing, we’ve just recreated your favourite pasta dish with real flavours and chicken to fill up your belly and get you baked.

A while back we baked Taco Macaroni – which is just as tasty – so why not have an evening where everyone brings an edible dish with the theme of elevated Mac ‘N’ Cheese?

Ingredients For Buffalo Chicken & Cannabis Mac ‘N’ Cheese

It’s relatively simple, so check your cupboards first before heading out to the grocery store:

  • Your favourite box of macaroni and cheese
  • Buffalo BBQ sauce (or your favourite)
  • Shredded cheese (your fav)
  • Pre-cooked chicken strips
  • Cannabis Butter

How To Make Cannabis Butter

Macaroni and cheese are nothing without butter! It makes everything stick together beautifully and tastes incredible.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Buffalo Chicken & Cannabis Mac ‘N’ Cheese – The Recipe

Equipment Needed:

  1. Sauce pan to cook your mac n cheese
  2. 9 x 13 oven-safe casserole dish
  3. Strainer
  4. Cutting Board & Sharp Knife

Ingredients:

1.Your favourite box of macaroni and cheese

2. 4-5 tbsp Buffalo BBQ sauce (or your favourite)

3 I entire bag of Shredded cheese (your fav)

4. 1 package of Pre-cooked chicken strips, cut into cubes

5. 5 tbsp Cannabis Butter

Instructions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions
  2. Strain and season
  3. Pre heat oven to 350 F
  4. Add in cannabutter according to package
  5. Add in Buffalo BBQ sauce and mix.
  6. Pour mixture evenly in a casserole dish
  7. Top with a layer of shredded cheese
  8. Top with a layer of chicken cubes
  9. Melt the remaining cannabutter in the microwave, and drizzle on top.
  10. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, serve immediately and enjoy!
