If you’re looking for the perfect breakfast then you’ll need to stop everything and make Lemon Cheesecake Cannabis Overnight Oats.
Overnight oats are a treat at breakfast- super quick, convenient and filling.
Super quick because you make them the night before so all you have to do is eat it in the morning.
Convenient because you could put it into a plastic container or mason jar and take it with you to eat anywhere!
Filling, well because it’s oatmeal and great for digestion if you have any troubles in that area.
I’m fairly new to the whole overnight oats thing. Mostly because I couldn’t bear the thought of cold oatmeal.
As an oatmeal lover, I routinely eat it every single morning – HOT!
But I have to admit these oats are creamy and dreamy!
They only require a handful of ingredients and about 5 minutes to make. Now that’s a fast breakfast!
Most of the ingredients will be in your pantry, and you can go crazy and make your own lemon curd, but you can also buy some in the store.
Here’s what you’ll need:
I would suggest going on Amazon, or your local dollar store or grocers, and grabbing a package of small mason jars with lids.
If you grab a case you can always spruce up your cupboards and make everything really cute too!
I love making a batch of this, placing it into little mason jars in the fridge, and munching on it the next few mornings – it’s easy and has the same wellness benefits as regular old oatmeal, and you don’t have to wait!
I like to put raspberries or peaches on top – but you can choose any in-season or frozen fruit you like. My morning, it should be all good and ready for devouring.
What goes great with your breakfast? Cannabis Coffee of course! Try a cup today.
Remember, Cannadish Chef Says: “Heat It To Eat It!” Always make sure you decarb your weed first, before making any weed edibles.
