If you’ve never tried them before, you’re in for a morning treat you’re going to love! Today we’re making 5 Tasty Overnight Oat Recipes With Cannabis Milk.
So what’s the point of overnight oats, when you can just enjoy them in the morning with a splash of hot milk or boiled water?
Here’s the thing; when you soak oats overnight, it’s almost like you’re cooking them in a slow cooker, but without the heat.
When you soak them for a long time, it helps to break the starches down and reduces phytic acid, so that your body can utilize oats more better.
Plus? Overnight oats have a high fibre and nutrition count which is exactly what your body is going to love.
Lastly, the most wonderful thing about making overnight oats? No morning stress!
We suggest organic rolled oats, that are quick cooking. We know many people who swear by Bob’s Red Mill Oats.
Store them in a seal-tight container so that they keep their freshness and you can prepare your oats a few times a week, to reduce morning stress and increase wellness overall.
Making cannabis milk is easy-peasy!
A suggestion for these overnight oat recipes is using a strain that is higher in Sativa and lower in Indica.
If you’re taking it in the morning, you might as well greet the day with clarity, focus and creativity, right?!
