Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg – room temp
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tbsp cannabis butter unsalted, room temp
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Drizzle

  • 4 oz semi sweet chocolate bar chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 12-count muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with cupcake liners. Set aside.
  • Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl until combined. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and melted cannabutter together until combined. Whisk in the sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisk a few times to begin combining, and then stir with a rubber spatula to finish combining. Batter is very, very thick. Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the batter into liners, filling them all the way to the top. Bake for 5 minutes at 425 then, keeping the muffins in the oven, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (177°C). Bake for an additional 17-19 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the muffin pan, and then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling.

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp Cannabis Butter melted

Pumpkin Spice Muffin Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulate sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 6 tbsp cannabis butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line muffin tin with liners. Make crumb topping: In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugars, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir in melted Cannabis butter until crumbs form. 
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Add pumpkin, eggs, more cannabis butter, sour cream, and vanilla, and mix until combined. 
  • Divide batter into muffin liners. Top each with crumb topping. 
  • Bake until muffins are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let muffins cool in pan, then serve.

  • 3 large very ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup cannabis sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips plus more for topping if you like

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a muffin tin with baking cups. Set aside. In a large bowl mash the bananas with a fork. Mash them very well – no big lumps. 
  • Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder into the wet ingredients. Lightly mix to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. The batter will be a little chunky
  • Divide the batter between the 12 muffin cups – fill them all the way to the top. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow muffins to cool for 3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1/4 Cup Cannabis Oil
  • 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar

  • 2 cups smashed bananas (about 4 to
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

  • 3/4 cups chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush a 12-muffin tin with butter and set aside.
  • Whisk the flour, baking soda, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl, set aside.
  • Whisk the banana, cannabis oil, milk, eggs, salt, and vanilla in a large measuring cup with a spout or another bowl.
  • Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the center; then stir with a wooden spoon until the dry ingredients are moistened but still lumpy. Do not overmix the batter or your muffins will come out dense. Gently stir in the nuts. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  • Put the muffins in the oven and
  • Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the cooking. (Insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin to check if it is done. Toothpick should come out clean). Cool muffins in the pan on a rack for a couple minutes. Turn the muffins out of the pan and cool on the rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
