Creating cannabis meals are one of the best ways to start the weekends or a lazy Sunday morning, right?
Now before you head on to order yourself a breakfast sandwich and a latte from your favorite diner, be aware that not all breakfast foods are created equal when it comes to the quantity of cannabinoids they contain.
Breakfast foods include all kinds of pastries, biscuits and bagels, cereals, cold cuts like bacon and sausages, pancakes and waffles. The list goes on and on.
But the most popular breakfast, by far, is the one involving eggs and bacon.
With over 59 billion eggs consumed in the US each year, there’s no denying that it’s a staple of American life.
Eggs and bacon are also an excellent source of protein, so it’s easy to see how the combination of both can be a great choice for breakfast.

#1. Cannabutter Egg & Bacon Cups
Great for holiday’s like Christmas, Easter and more – but perfect for any old weekend you want to have weed!
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray making sure to get all of the edges, sides and bottom. Taking one strip of bacon at a time, wrap the bacon into a circle around the sides so it acts like a muffin cup around the edges!
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, mix together eggs,sour cream, cannabutter, cheeses, 1 minced jalapeno, garlic powder, salt and pepper until everything is coated.
Evenly pour your mixture into the 12 muffin tin cups.
Slice up your other jalapeno and place little slices on top of each cup.
If you have any left over cheese or you want to grate some more, feel free to sprinkle on top of every cup as well.
Pop it into the overn for 12-15 minutes – checking it often. When the sides are golden brown, and the tops are completely melted and bubbling, everything is ready and done!
Breakfast cookies aren’t anything new, but with the infusion of cannabutter and the addition of some healthy seeds and nuts, you’re going to love this new morning routine.
You can freeze these cookies and take them out in the morning about 10 minutes before you want to munch on them. They’re also great as a late afternoon pick-me-up snack.

Line your cookie sheets with parchement paper unless they're silicone
Combine all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Note: The batter will be thick and heavy
Portion 1/4 cup mounds of cookie dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Use the back of a spoon to slightly flatten out into a cookie shape. (The cookies will not spread in the oven.)
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown. Cool cookies on the baking sheets for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cover leftover cookies and store at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.,alternatively in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.
