Tofu Burrito Bowl With Cannabis Oil

Full disclosure: I am a meat eater through and through, but I absolutely love vegan and vegetarian meals like today’s recipe: Sofritas Burrito Bowl With Cannabis Oil.

Is there a type of diet called “try-a-tarian”? I feel like that would suit me best. I love all food, of all kinds, and styles.

But, if you’re a Vegan or Vegetarian reading this, and you’re strict with your eating, then I salute and commend you, and today is for you!

Let’s talk a little about Tofu.

First off, it’s really fun to say (try it out loud a few times – you might laugh!), and secondly? It’s totally flavorful when you add the right sauces and spices. Mmmm… mmm!

So where is Tofu from? Tofu is also called bean curd, and it’s made from soybeans. It is from China, and a major source of protein in Asia.

Because it’s so flavourless, just about anything can spice it up right!

If you’re curious about the best kind of Tofu to buy, or you’d like to explore a little more, you can look here.

What Spices Are We Using?

We are going to use a medley of spices that are perfect for the traditional meat burrito, but even BETTER now with tofu!

Let’s get spicy:

  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • garlic
  • paprika
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
