Tik Tok Ramen With Cannabis Butter

It’s time to kick it old-school with some tasty Tik Tok Ramen with Cannabutter!

If you’re around 30 or 40 years old, you remember that ramen was an absolute staple in college or university, right?

Cheap, easy, filling- who wasn’t living off ramen?!

Now? It’s trending again, and this time on Tik Tok – so I decided to take this tasty trend, and level up with cannabis butter – YUM!

Ramen is a great base for any other dish – or you can always add in your fav steamed veggies to make it more healthy and filling!

First things first, you’ll need cannabis butter:

How To Make Cannabutter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

You’ll need some ingredients so head on over to the grocery store and grab:

  • fresh minced garlic
  • soy sauce
  • brown sugar
  • red pepper flakes
  • Ramen noodles
  • Egg (fresh)
  • Scallion or green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Below is the easiest, tastiest Ramen recipe you’ve ever had.

Adding cannabutter makes this a perfect weed edible lunch, dinner or snack!

Pair it with some Sake, or a nice cold beer and enjoy the high!

Equipment

  • Non stick frying pan
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cannabutter
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup scallions or green onion

Instructions

  • In a non stick frying pan, stir butter, garlic, soy sauce,pepper flakes and mix it all around
  • When thick, add ramen noodlesstir until combined.
  • Move noodles to one side of the pan, and crack a fresh egg in the other side of the pan. Let it cook fully to your liking.
  • using kitchen scissors cut green onions into the pan OR chop scallions into small slices and add.
  • Add fresh scallion and sesame seeds, mix it all together. Top with more fresh scallion and sesame seeds.
