Every year, salads make a comeback and today we’re showing you how to make The Perfect Kale & Cannabis Salad.

Kale’s been the protagonist of the story for quite some time now, followed closely by the brussel sprout as the trending vegetable of the year.

I just don’t think kale will ever lose its popularity because of its beautifully bitter taste, texture and health benefits – so let’s toss a salad and get healthy for 2022, shall we?

What Ingredients Will I Need?

We’re going to use tahini to make the dressing, along with freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, pepper, and:

  • Kale
  • Cannabis Oil (recipe below)
  • peppers
  • Olives
  • Pepperoncini
  • Cucumber
  • White Beans
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Granulated Garlic

How Do I Make Cannabis Oil?

Easy! We’ll show you how. Whip up a massive batch, seal it up, label it and store it somewhere dry and cool so that you can have it for a long time!

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil


  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

  • Large Bowl
  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • Salad tongs
  • Bowls or plates
  • sharp knife & cutting board


  • 1 head Fresh Kale washed and ripped up into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup Cannabis oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper 1
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup cucumbers chopped into small pieces
  • 1 can white beans drained, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini diced
  • 1/4 cup green olives


  • Chop up your kale and veggies and pepperonicni and mix together in a bowl.
  • next, mix up tahini, lemon juice, 2 tbsp water, all of your spices, salt, pepper, and Cannabis oil.
  • Mix everything up so that kale is coated, serve in bowls, and gobble up!
