Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are probably the best choice with today’s recipe because they pick up the flavour of whatever they’re partnered with.

The chicken is wrapped up in a foil packet, and the steam that gets trapped inside makes sure everything is moist and far from dry.

Using cannabutter makes everything even better, and the salty buttery taste combined with seasonings will leave you drooling for more.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Equipment

  • Large cookie sheet
  • Aluminum foil

Ingredients

  • 4 bonless,skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 small head of broccoli chopped
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 2 large carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Terrikyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup cannabutter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Rip off four large tin foil sheets
  • Slice and dice all of your veggies
  • Place one breast per foil packet in the middle, and evenly distribute veggies to each foil sheet.
  • Add a slice of cannacanbutter to each packet, seasoning, and an even amout of Teriyaki sauce being careufl not to spill out
    Wrap each meal up tightly into a packet, place on cookie sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes.
