These Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs are your ticket to becoming a legend with your friends!

Today we are going to stick shortcake cubes and fruit on a skewer, drizzle them with white chocolate and drool!

The concept is simple and can be tailored in a myriad of ways.

Tell Me More About These Kabobs

Start with a pan of baked and cooled shortcake or angel food cake. 

Choose a few other kebab-worthy items, such as beautiful red strawberries, blueberries, pineapples chunks, etc – the sky is the limit here!

Carefully thread the shortcake cubes and fruit onto the skewers, drizzle with white chocolate sauce and voila! Kabobs.

What Ingredients Will I Need?

  • 2 pints of fresh strawberries
  • Cannabutter (recipe below)
  • White cake mix from the box
  • Greek vanilla yogurt
  • Egg whites
  • Chocolate chips
  • Wooden skewers

How Do I Make Cannabutter?

Easy! I’ll show you how below. Don’t skip a step though, or you won’t have a quality product.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Equipment

  • Spatula
  • Whisk
  • Mixing Bowl
  • 9 x 13 cake pan

Ingredients

  • 2 pints strawberries Fresh
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3-4 tbsp cannabutter follow box directions
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 bag skewers

Instructions

  • Combine the cake mix, greek yogurt, egg whites and water in a bowl.
    Mix until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan or dish. (9×13)
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25min until toothpick comes out clean or according to directions on the box.
  • Cut stems off of strawberries and halve them if need to in order to create uniform sizes.Cut shortcake into 2-inch cubes.
    Take skewer and alternate strawberries and shortcake cubes.
  • In a glass bowl melt chocolate in the microwave for about two minutes stirring every every 30 seconds.Once fully melted, insert it into a large plastic bag and cut off the corner tip.
    Drizzle all over kabobs and place in fridge to set.
