Strawberry Pretzel Weed Dessert

Today we are making Strawberry Pretzel Weed Dessert.

I can’t take full credit for this recipe, I found it on Tik Tok and ate five slices.

Made with delicious cannabutter, pretzels, and fresh strawberries with cool whip topping – this edible dessert won’t last.

The best thing about this is that it’s so refreshing, satisfying and loaded with bud butter so you’ll feel a nice buzz while having a full belly.

Depending on what type of weed strain you decide to use, you’ll either have couch lock or a burst of creative energy to rock you through until tomorrow!

Ingredients:

  • large bag of pretzels
  • large freezer-style zip lock bag
  • huge pint of strawberries – the fresher the better
  • cannabis butter
  • cool whip topping
  • strawberry jello

How To Make Cannabutter

A recipe on how to make cannabis butter at home. After many cannabutter recipes, we find that this is by far the best way to infuse weed with butter.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

The Recipe

Just so you’re not surprised, you’ll need to cool this dessert in the fridge for a few hours so that the jello sets properly.

In the meantime, you can shop online, or relax and plan your day. It’s best left in the fridge until you need it.

If you can get fresh strawberries, or go and pick them yourself – even better!
Whatever you do, don’ use frozen strawberries as a shortcut – it just won’t taste the same.

And if you feel ambitious, make double or triple the batch of cannabis butter so you can just grab and go anytime you want to bake or cook with weed!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks Cannabutter melted
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup pretzels crushed
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 3 packets strawberry flavoured jello

Instructions

  • Put your pretzels in a sealed zip lock bag and smash them with a rolling pin.
  • Add melted cannabis butter and pretzels together in a bowl, and pour into a parchment paper lined glass oven dish. Press and make sure it fills the entire bottom. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
  • While that's baking, add cream cheese, powedered sugar and cool whip in a bowl and mix!
  • Remove pretzel crust from oven when nice and golden brown. Let cool for about 15-20 minbutes.
  • Spread cool whip mixture overtop.
  • Add in sliced strawberries all over the top until fully covered.
  • In a separate bowl dissolve three packets of strawberry flavoured jello with 2 cups of boiling hot water. Then add 1 cup of ice water to ths mixture to get it to cool.
  • Pour your jello mix all over the strawberries in the glass pan. Just enough to congeal the strawberries.
  • Wrap with plastic wrap, and cool in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy!
