Anxiety disorders can vary from person to person and can be a confusing set of symptoms to cope with.

Some of the common anxiety symptoms you could experience include:

  • shortness of breath
  • worrisome thoughts on a frequent basis
  • irritability
  • short temper
  • panic attacks, trouble breathing
  • a flurry of thoughts
  • inability to be in public or in social gatherings
  • extreme stress

Small Batch Anti-Anxiety CBD Cookies

This is a nice, easy and stress-free cookie recipe. You’ll need a few things first:

  • CBD oil
  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • eggs
  • vanilla
  • flour
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • dark chocolate chips
  • Brazil nuts
  • pumpkin seeds & flaxseed.

Equipment

  • Baking or Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing Bowls
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • Hand Mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 mg CBD oil
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda AND salt each
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped brazil nuts
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

  • Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 325F.
  • With your hand mixer on low, cream butter with sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in egg yolk, vanilla and CBD oil. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds.
  • Divide batter into 4 equal portions. Gently roll each into a ball and arrange, 3 in. apart, on parchment-lined baking sheet. (Cookies will spread as they bake.)
  • Bake until cookies are golden around edges, 15 to 18 min. Let cookies stand on sheet for 2 min, then transfer to a rack to cool completely or serve warm. Enjoy!
