  • Fresh fruit
  • Stevia (I personally like Swerve replacement sugar)

How Do I Make Cannabis Milk?

Mmm… when you learn to make cannabis milk (if you haven’t already) you’re going to love its versatility of it because it goes in just about anything!

From hot beverages to mashed potatoes – cannabis milk is perfection.

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 40 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it fine
  • Place 4 cups of whole milk in a pan on low heat. Add cannabis and let simmer on low heat for 60/90 minutes without it ever coming to a boil.
  • Strain through a cheesecloth
  • Let it cool

Do I Have To Leave Chia Pudding Overnight?

Yes, unfortunately, you do and the reason why is because chia has this natural gel-like substance called hydrophilic properties that allow the seeds to absorb liquids.

This means that not only are the chia seeds easily digestible the next day after soaking in all of the liquids you’ve created, but it means it will taste better too.

Are Chia Seeds Really That Good For You?

Absolutely chia seeds contain potassium, antioxidants, fibre, Omega-3, iron and protein – just to name a few!

So go ahead and take 2 tablespoons and soak up a storm because you’ll also start to be able to notice your digestion improving too.

  • Mason jars with lids
  • Measuring cups


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cannabis milk
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract or regular if you have it in the pantry it's okay too
  • 1 dash of your favorite toppings fruit, nuts, etc. ( Save these until the omrning when you eat them)


  • In a small mason jar combine all ingredients except for toppings.
    Shake it up ( make sure the lids on tight)
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
    When you're ready to enjoy, sprinkle your toppings on top!
