If you could combine two of the best desserts ever, you’d get Potato Chip Marshmallow Treats.
Today’s recipe is made with cannabutter, loads of marshmallows, and kit kat chocolate bars and it’s easy to make. (bonus!)
What I love most about edibles like this, is that it’s quick, easy, and take less than an hour to make and eat give or take. I don’t like to wait when I’m baking, do you?
So let’s get ready to bake, and get baked!
What Ingredients Will I Need?
Many of these items you might just find in your pantry or cupboards, but otherwise a super quick visit to the local grocery store.
You’ll need:
Rice Krispies Cereal
Cannabutter (recipe below)
A few packages of Kit Kit Bars (the foursomes)
Vanilla extract
Ruffles potato chips
Large Marshmallows (1 package) and if you feel like going crazy get the pink ones!
How Do I Make Cannabutter?
Making Cannabutter gets easier and easier every time you make it, but if it’s your first time you’re in luck because our step-by-step instructions are the best by far.
Don’t skip this step, because it’s very important. Making a double or even triple batch of cannabutter and freezing it into ice cube trays is the best way to always have your weed butter handy.
A recipe on how to make cannabis butter at home. After many cannabutter recipes, we find that this is by far the best way to infuse weed with butter.
Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
Cool down
Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.The video guide might be slightly different than the blog recipe. The blog recipe is the most updated and accurate.
Besides cannabutter and kit kats you’ll need a 9×9 pan, some parchment paper (I can’t live without it) and you can really jazz this marshmallow treat up by adding crushed nuts, sprinkles or whipped cream.
If you’re feeling festive – add crushed candy cane on top before you set it in the fridge. Yum!
The best utensils to use are silicone-based cooking utensils like a spatula so that the sticky marshmallow and cannabutter base becomes spreadable and doesn’t continuously stick to your spoon.
The Recipe: Potato Chip Marshmallow Treats
Salty and Sweet, perfectly laced with cannabutter and Kit Kat Chocolate Bars.
add in vanilla, and continually mix until everything is melted.
Once melted, turn off heat and add in potato chips. Mix up so everything is coated in the marshmallow mixture.
In a parchment lined 9 x 9 baking pan, add the mixture, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle crushed Kit Kat Bars, Nuts and crushed candy canes on top- whatever you like!Let it chill for a minimum of one hour in the fridge. Slice up, and enjoy!
