‘Tis the season for pumpkin, and today’s recipe celebrates the best time of year! We’re whipping up No-Bake PB Pumpkin Bites With Cannabis Honey.

Deliciously sweet balanced with smooth pumpkin puree – and without any ovens or cookie sheets, these are the easiest little treats on the planet.

If you haven’t made Cannabis honey before, it’s a wonderful way to infuse your daily dose into just about anything that goes well with honey.

From coffee, tea, water, and many baked recipes or stir fry’s – your creativity will come alive!

How Do I Make Cannabis Honey?

  • In a strong mason jar, add honey 1 vanilla bean and cannabis coconut oil.
  • Heat all together for about 5 minutes.

Shopping List

You won’t need much, but there are a few things you may not have in the house.

  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Peanut butter – natural or not – it’s up to you!
  • Oats – I prefer quick, rolled oats that are gluten-free
  • Chocolate chips ( white, milk chocolate or dark – you choose!)
  • Cannabis honey

The Recipe

This recipe won’t take long to make, you just need to cover them and let them set in the fridge. This is where the magic happens, and everything starts coming together beautifully!

Keep in the fridge, and store for up to two weeks, or freeze them for a month or longer.

  • Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Spatula
  • Plastic Wrap


  • 2 tbsp cannabis honey
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats rolled, gluten free if you prefer
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips white, milk or dark


  • In a bowl, add cannabis honey, pumpkin puree, water and mix it well.
  • Next, add in one cup of peanut butter and stir until combined.
  • Then add the oats and chocolate chips. Mix again. Everything should be sticking together.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, portion out even-shaped balls on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, and set in the fridge for about an hour. Enjoy as a snack or treat anytime you like.
