  • Powdered sugar
  • Cocoa
  • Vanilla extract
  • Peanut butter
  • Optional: nuts, dried fruits – all chopped up finely (or not!)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

What Else Do I Need To Know About Cannabutter Fudge?

Like most fudge, it will be thick and tasty – so make sure you have a big sharp knife and you store it properly afterward.

  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 4 sticks cannabutter
  • 7 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder not hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, or chopped dried fruits

Instructions

  • Putthe parchment paper on the cookie sheet and place it aside. This will help you to lift out the fudge out easily once it hardens.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Pour the powdered sugar and the cocoa. Mix together so everything is evenly blended.
  • In a sauce pan on medium-low heat, mix the peanut butter and cannabutter in the saucepan. Once almost melted, add in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the melted butter mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and stir until everything is smooth. Here you can add the nuts and dried fruits while you are mixing.
  • Pour the concoction onto the cookie sheet and press it until it looks flat and even. You can decide the thickness of the fudge you want to have.
  • Cover it with plastic wrap and chill it for about 3 hours until hard. Cut it into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
