Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
Cool down
Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.The video guide might be slightly different than the blog recipe. The blog recipe is the most updated and accurate.
Cut potatoes into wedges, place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, and sprinkle oil, and half the Montreal spice on top. Toss to coat. Bake for 25 minutes approx.
Cut bacon strips in half, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes approx.
Cut onion into slices, add olive oil or cannabis oil, and cook onions for 4 minutes. Then add balsamic glaze and salt. Transfer to a bowl. Rince the pan clean.
In a mixing bowl, mix bison beef, breadcrumbs, remaining steak spice in a bowl and mix everything up with your rhands, creating two 4-inch patties. Pan fry about 3-5 minutes per side. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and set aside.
Toast the buns with cannabutter in the oven. About 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
Add mayo and mustard in a bowl together, season with pepper. Layer carmalized onions, zesty mayo, burgers, arugula or lettuce, and serve with potato wedges. use cannabutter or zesty mayo for dipping and enjoy!
