With Christmas just around the corner, why not bake something easy and crowd-pleasing like Jingle Bell Pecan Grahams?

I’m a sucker for simplicity – meaning I like simple things – especially when I’m baking weed edibles.

I do love spending time in the kitchen – but it just depends on what’s going on in my life so having easy peasy recipes like the one we’re going to whip up today make life with edible just a little easier.

So let’s bake, and get baked!


What Ingredients Do I Need?

When I said this was simple, I really meant it! You’ll need just a few items to make these amazing-tasting treats:

  • Box of Graham Crackers
  • Cannabutter
  • Pecans – lots
  • Brown sugar
  • Chocolate Chips

That’s all!

How Do I Make Weed Butter?

Weed butter, bud butter or cannabutter – however you call it, the results are the same.

BUT the results are not the same if you don’t follow our step by step recipe instructions below.

If you’re just starting out and trying easier recipes like this one you’re going to want to make cannabutter that has decarbed weed.

Failing to decarb weed will result in unbalanced and unactivated cannabis edibles.

What this simply means is: your butter will not work, you won’t get high, and it won’t taste good.

Here’s how to make perfect cannabutter every time:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Make sure you have two cookie sheets if you want to double your batch – these little pecan bites are great to freeze so you can pull them out anytime you like.

Equipment

  • Two baking sheets
  • Tin foil
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula or wooden spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup cannabutter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2-3 boxes Graham Crackers
  • 1-2 bags chocolate chips save until the end

Instructions

  • Place your crackers on the tin-foiled cookie sheets. You'll want to fill up two sheets and place crackers side by side. Sprinkle 2 cups of pecans all over the crackers as evenly as you can.
  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • In the meantime, in a saucepan on medium heat add cannabutter and wait until it starts to melt. Then add in your brown sugar. Stir it up, but once it starts to bubble and boil LEAVE IT and DO NOT STIR for apporximately two minutes. Do not let it burn.
  • Once two minutes are up, take it off the stove, pour evenly over all of the crackers.
  • Place in oven for abotu 7 minutes.
  • Remove, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let it sit to cool for about 20 minutes.
  • Break off pieces and enjoy!
