Italian Pizza Muffins With Weed

Craving something quick and packed full of flavour? Today we are making Italian Pizza Muffins With Weed.

Made with all of your favourite pizza toppings in a super cute little muffin tin – this is the easiest recipe and a great pizza hack.

We all love pizza, and there’s nothing wrong with making one from scratch when you have the time, right?

But what if you’re craving that Italian flavour, but you don’t have the time to make it all from scratch?

That’s where Pizza Muffins come in and save the day!


What Ingredients Do I Need?

Making this is a quick visit to the grocery store to grab:

  • Pillsbury Biscuits – 1 container
  • Cannabis Oil (recipe below)
  • Pepperoni
  • Shredded cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • Marinara Sauce

How Do I Make Cannabis Oil?

Making and having cannabis oil on hand is just about the smartest thing you could do to increase productivity and efficiency in your kitchen, and reduce stress when you want or crave a weed edible.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

Equipment

  • muffin tin x1
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • cooking spray/ non stick spray

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper each
  • 3 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1 cup pepperoni chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Remove packaing from biscuits and chope each disc into 1-inch pieces. Place into mixing bowl.
  • Add cannabis oil to biscuits and mix thoroughly.
  • Chop pepperoni and add into bowl, then add freshly chopped basil, seasonings and salt & pepper. Add shredded cheese.
  • Spray muffin tin with non stick spray and add mixture to each container/area.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
