Valentine’s Day isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay! Want to know How To Have An Anti-Valentine’s Day With Weed? I’ll show you!
Now, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being single or not liking Valentine’s Day. BUT it is important to love yourself, right?
So how can you enjoy this wonderful day without feeling like you’re an outcast?
Enjoy Valentine’s Day With Weed!
Of course! That’s the best way to spend your day!
I’ll show you how you can have an anti-Valentine’s Day alone, or with a partner too!
Also, I’d like to encourage you to not make this day about negativity or lack, but rather feeling proud and happy to be single OR with a partner whom you care for very much.
Often times, we associate the word ‘anti’ with negativity, but the world definitely DOES NOT need that right now, in my personal and humble opinion!
And with weed as the star this Valentine’s Day 2021, you’ll feel all of the good positive vibes anyway.
#1. Bake, Bake, and Get Baked!
Oh yes, we’re going to plan out a beautiful day full of baking.
Step #1: Plan your recipes well in advance. I’m suggesting having a fun buffet-day. What in the heck is that, you ask? It’s so much fun!
4green onion sliced up finely – try using scissors!
1wholeroma tomatoecut up into small chunks
2-3jalapeno pepperscut into small slices with seeds for extra kick
1tspcayenne pepperif you want it extra spicy!
Instructions
Cook and stir ground beef in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink. This should take 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water and simmer until beef mixture has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
While your ground beef is cooking, you can start chopping your vegetables and toppings, preparing everything to be put on your nachos! Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil OR parchment paper. Spread tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet.
Layer by taking turns with cannabis nacho cheese, ground beef, and all of your toppings. Then start a new layer with chips, cheese and toppings. Finally, make sure the top has a lot of cheese drizzled over so everything sticks and gets covered evenly.
Save the sour cream and salsa for the end.
Cook in oven for 5-7 minutes.
Drizzle sour cream and salas overtop and if there is any left over cheese, dip liberally!
Pre-heat the oven to 350. If you're like me and you store things in your oven, make sure you take them out!
Combine all of the ingredients into your mixer except for the chocolate chips/chunks.
Blend very well so it's a nice, not-too-thin brownie batter consistency.
Gently fold in your chocolate chips or chunks. Save a few to sprinkle on top after.
Line your brownie pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes – checking to make sure they don't burn, and using a toothpick or a skewer stick or even a fork, to poke the middle of the batter. If it sticks keep baking. If it doesn't you should be good to go.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
If you serve these to friends, make sure you let them know they are pot-brownies – but don't tell them about the beans! See if they can guess afterward. Enjoy!
1brickMozzarella Cheesecut into 1/2 inch thick sticks, and approximately 3 inches in length
1quartVegetable oil Do not substitute here!
Instructions
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk in the cannabis milk. Put the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl. Set both aside.
Separate and place an egg roll wrapper onto your work surface with one of the tips pointed towards you. Moisten the two far edges of the wrapper with water. Place a cheese stick onto the corner nearest you, and roll it in 1/3 of the way, fold over the right and left corners, then continue rolling to the end, pressing to seal. Repeat with the remaining cheese sticks and egg roll wrappers.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Dip the mozzarella sticks into the egg wash, then toss in the bread crumbs. Cook in batches in the hot oil until crisp and golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve with our Cannabis Marinara Sauce for dipping and enjoy!
Instead of exchanging gifts this year, why not plan a wonderful day that includes giving your mind and body some much-deserved time alone?
They say silence is powerful, and with yoga or meditation you might feel great afterward so grab your mat, and check out some great resources like yoga with Adrienne, or meditations by Davidji.
Before you start, grab your favorite strain and puff, puff, relax!
#3. Cannabis-Infused At-Home Spa
I can already feel the relaxation kicking in!
Why not enjoy a beautiful bath with some bath bombs, bubble bath and candles?
Set the mood for yourself, and grab all of your favorite bath-essentials.
I love this bathtub tray from Amazon. You can put your candles, wine, tea, cannabis cocktail, and tablet or phone on top safely, while you indulge in some zen and bliss.
#4. Couch Surfing All Day
If all of the above suggestions require too much movement or physical activity, why not couch surf ALL DAY!?
Give yourself permission to relax, rest, turn on some Netflix or Prime TV, and watch all of your favorite shows, or movies.
No one said you needed to be active today, and as far as I know? There aren’t any Valentine’s day police so you can just go ahead and do whatever you want to do!
Have a pup? Snuggle with him or her and plan to stay tucked in all day.
#5. Get Kinky! (With Yourself!)
You didn’t think I’d let you get away without remembering that you can enjoy a fun and frisky day all to yourself, did you?
Here’s a reminder (in case you need one) that you can spend the day in bed pleasuring yourself. Period.
Turn off the phone, grab an edible or two, or smoke a nice big fatty.
Hope you enjoyed some tips on how to have a positive and wonderful anti-Valentine’s Day!
