All over TikTok, people are raving and making these, but we’re giving this trend a twist: today we are making Green Pepper Sandwiches with Cannabis Aioli.
Who needs bread and gluten when you have a crunchy, healthy green pepper sandwich?
At first, I was skeptical.. but after the first bite? I was in love.
Because green peppers are strong, they can pack in a lot of yummy sandwich-style food like deli meats, cheeses and sauces such as aioli.
And if you’re anything like me, gluten gets me every time, so I’m always on the hunt for sandwich alternatives that leave me feeling full, but not bloated.
Can you relate?
Cannabis Aioli
I love aioli if truth-be-told! It goes perfectly with everything and makes any dish – edible or not – taste fantastic and creamy.
But what is it? It’s a delicious sauce normally made with garlic, salt, and oil. A lot of today’s trending aioli’s include mayo, eggs, or sour cream too.
Variety is the spice of life!
Before we get started on this part of the recipe, you’ll need to do a few things:
1.Add egg yolks, chopped garlic, and salt into a blender.2. Blend on low and slowly drizzle in cannabis oil3. Once it's thick, blend in the lemon juiceKeep blending until the aioli is a creamy, and a thick texture .Add more Canabis oil if it's too thick.
