It’s always a pleasure to bake with edibles, but when you don’t have to individually separate each cookie onto the cookie sheet? It makes it even better!

What Ingredients Do I Need?

It’s going to be fun, and even if you don’t have any of the ingredients at home you’ll enjoy grabbing packages of M&M’s and grab a few extras because I know you’ll sneak a few.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Cannabutter ( recipe below)
• Sugar
• Brown sugar
• Egg
• Pure vanilla extract
• Peanut butter (optional)
• All-purpose flour
• Salt
• M&M’s
• Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Ingredients

• 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
• 1 cup Butter

Instructions

• Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
• Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
• Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
• Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
• Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
• Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
• Cool down
• Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

There’s a bonus with this recipe and that is that you do not have to chill the dough! It’s quick, easy and a definite bonus when the munchies or cookie cravings kick in and you want something fast.

Depending on your oven this Giant Monster Cookie With Cannabis takes anywhere from 20 – 30 minutes. Since it’s so large, bake it at a slightly lower temp.

The cookie will be done with the edges of the top or just slightly browned. The centre will stay nice and soft and will set as the cookie cools.

• Mixing Bowl
• Large cookie sheet
• Parchment Paper
• handheld or stand mixer

Ingredients

• 1/4 Cup Softened Cannabis Butter
• 1/2 Cup Softened Normal Butter
• 4-5 tbsp peanut butter optional
• 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• One Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup White Sugar
• 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
• Also 1 Egg yolk
• 2 Cups M& M's OR Chocolate Chips Or Both!

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
• In a bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
• In a medium bowl, cream together the Cannabis butter, Normal butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy.
• Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the M&M's & chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon.
• Using your hands, roll dough into a big ball and flatten to the large monster size you want, and place onto the prepared cookie sheets.
• Bake for around 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Keep a close eye on the cookie as some ovens are different and bake faster OR slower.
• Serve the Giant Monster Cookie With Cannabis and enjoy!
