Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

Like we mentioned before, this salad is naturally gluten-free, but if you want it to be dairy-free, too, be sure to skip out on the feta cheese.

A couple of great options are Halloumi, Goat Cheese, or Daiya brand vegan cheese.

Of course, you don’t have to have any cheese at all – but it does add some tasty texture and squeak to your meal! (so fun)

Ingredients

  • 2 med cucumbers cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper each
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp oregano fresh, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp basil fresh, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1/2 cup feta fresh, crumbled

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine and let rest for 10 minutes.
    After resting, stir the mixture and add in the basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, infused olive oil.
    Stir until well combined.Let the ingredients sit another 5 minutes to marinate. This will allow the flavors to come together.If using feta cheese, crumble aon top of the salad just before serving.
