What Else Do I Need To Know?

Duck has a lot of natural fat to it, so scoring the top of the duck breast is the ideal way to control your cook.

This is a high-in-fat recipe so know that while it will taste incredible, it will also be fatty but oh-so-tasty!

Thyme is the perfect herb (besides weed) to go into this recipe, it makes everything sing with aroma and taste.
