Crispy Baked Onion Bhajis with Cannabutter

Convenience meets Cannabis with these unbelievably tasty Crispy Baked Onion Bhajis with Cannabutter.

I really enjoyed making these Bhajis – which are a spicy snack or entrée dish similar to a fritter.

And let’s be honest here; who doesn’t love a fritter?!

Made with white onion, they’re perfect because if you’re gluten intolerant, these have zero gluten. Great little vegan snack or starter!

Light, crispy, and loaded with weed. YUM!

One of the best parts? Today’s recipe requires very little ingredients – just a few spices, an onion and coconut oil for frying.

You can use a spiralizer or a grater – that’s the only extra cooking utensil you’ll really need.
