However, if you’re more interested in treating inflammation, dryness or acne, CBD oil might be a better option. If your skin requires more care — for conditions like eczema or psoriasis — you’ll definitely want to choose CBD over hemp seed. Most importantly, be sure to keep a close eye on the labeling if you’re unfamiliar with the product you’re buying. The CBD market is still largely unregulated and incorrect labeling continues to present a problem for consumers. That way you can rest assured that the product you’re buying actually contains the amount of CBD advertised.
