Carb Smart Beef and Zucchini Bake

Lately, I’ve been in the mood for easy-to-make, healthy and hearty meals so today we’re taking one right out of my kitchen and making; Carb Smart Beef and Zucchini Bake.

Made with a combination of zucchini, ground beef, crushed tomatoes, cannabis oil and seasoning – I love making this dish because it’s fairly easy, and very tasty.

Ready to bake, and get baked?


What Ingredients Do I Need?

You’ll need two small zucchinis and the following ingredients:

  • cannabis oil
  • ground beef
  • spinach
  • parsley
  • Italian seasoning
  • mozzarella cheese
  • crushed tomatoes or fresh tomatoes diced
  • garlic salt
  • salt & pepper

How Do I Make Cannabis Oil?

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

Equipment

  • oven safe frying pan or skillet
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 2 small zuchhini
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2-3 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1 cup mozarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • pre heat the oven to 450 degrees
  • while the oven is preheating, wash and cut zucchini into thin rounds and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle with cannabis oil and Italian seasoning, garlic salt. bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook ground beef on the stove for 7 minutes, then add chopped spinach and crushed tomatoes with some salt and pepper.
  • Remove zucchini from the oven, and take out half with a fork or tongs and set aside.
  • pour half of the beef mixture on top of zucchini, then cheese, and then beef mixture again, then add the rest of the zucchini and more cheese.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
