All of the flavour, but half the calories – today we’re making Big Mac Egg Rolls With Weed!

What is it about the Big Mac that everyone loves?

For me, it’s the sauce mixed with the hot beef patty and sweet relish bits. I adore pickles and so this recipe was made for me. Mmm mmm!

With today’s recipe, you’ll be recreating this classic burger tastes, with an Asian fusion egg roll made with cannabis butter.

I love freezing my bud butter ahead of time in ice cube trays so I have exactly what the recipe calls for every single time.

How Do I Make Cannabutter?

A recipe on how to make cannabis butter at home. After many cannabutter recipes, we find that this is by far the best way to infuse weed with butter.

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter


  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)



If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Ingredients for Today’s Recipe:

You’ll need to head on over to your local grocer and pick up a few things such as:

  • Eggroll wrapper package
  • Ground Beef
  • Cheese (cheddar)
  • Cannabutter
  • Mayo
  • French Salad Dressing
  • Sweet pickle relish OR chop up sweet pickles into super small pieces
  • White onion
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Making today’s recipe is super simple, once you have cannabutter ready.

You’re going to want to pick a nice lean ground beef and cook it in the pan first, using cannabutter to really allow the beef to soak up everything.

Then, all you need to do is assemble and fry in oil, and make the Big Mac sauce!

  • Large skillet


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4-6 tbsp cannabis butter
  • 1 small white onion chopped/minced finely
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2-3 lrg sweet pickles minced
  • 10 slices cheddar cheese


  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp French salad dressing
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped white onion


  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine ground beef with cannabutter and onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook until no pink remains, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
  • Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape place a folded slice of cheese in the center. Top with approximately 3 tbsp cooked beef and chopped pickles. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with a couple drops of water. 
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, pour oil up to 1 inch, and wait until it starts to bubble. Add prepared egg rolls and fry until golden, 1 minute per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately.


  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, vinegar, onion, and a dash of salt and pepper until smooth. Serve with egg rolls.
