Berry & Cannabutter Crumble Dessert

Today we are making the best tasting treat ever! Berry & Cannabutter Crumble Dessert.

Loaded with fresh fruit, and layered with a crispy crumble topping – you’re going to want to have seconds, possibly thirds!

Right now, in many areas, peaches are in season and if you love them as much as I do, you’re going to want to find as many ways to enjoy them as possible.

Another fantastic addition to this crumble dessert is the decadent cannabis butter we’re using for a ‘highly’ satisfying buzz.

This weed edible dessert delivers on taste and tingles, guaranteed!

How Do I Make Cannabutter?

First things first: let’s make some yummy cannabutter.

I always recommend doubling or tripling this batch so you always have enough on hand.

Freeze it into ice cubes using a tray, covered it up in the freezer if you have the space and label it so you know when it was made!

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Next up – shopping time!

If you’re lucky enough to have home-grown peaches close by then grab a basket and use the rest in other recipes or smoothies.

Most grocery stores have them now, and the way to tell if a peach is ripe is by feel. Too soft – maybe too ripe, if it’s tender and gives just a little when you gently squeeze it then you should be good to go.

Shopping List:

  • fresh peaches
  • frozen raspberries
  • fresh lemon
  • rolled oats
  • coconut flour
  • maple syrup ( Canadian is the best!)
  • coconut oil
  • pure vanilla extract
  • cinnamon (ground)
  • salt (I prefer Himalayan)
