I made the peanut butter cups per the directions. If you’re using a mini cupcake tin DO NOT use 1 tablespoon for the chocolate, it’ll fill up half the wrapper. I used half a tablespoon and would use less if you want the chocolate a little thinner. With the mini cups I was able to yield a solid 24, with enough left for some not as pretty looking ones. Be careful that your peanut butter isn’t too soft or at least put it in the fridge for a few hours before you start. I used Hershey chocolate and Reeses peanut butter. Overall a good recipe though, they were fun to make and the coconut oil does a good job of hiding the herb taste.
