Are you looking for a new cannabis infusion method to make edibles that kick in quickly? Today’s article will show you How To Make Cannabis Oil Powder.
If you love edibles and want them to kick in a little faster then you need to hop on the powder wagon! In about 15-20 minutes you could start to feel the effects!
Made with just two simple ingredients in just 10 minutes, this powder can be added to literally anything, without affecting the taste or smell.
We’ll be using two ingredients only, and that’s why this is such an easy and perfect formula.
In case you haven’t made it before, or you don’t have any on hand, here is how to make cannabis oil:
Purchase your maltodextrin powder and either make or buy cannabis oil.
Next, add your maltodextrin powder to a bowl. 4-5 tablespoons will do.
Add your cannabis oil to the bowl and whisk the ingredients together. A tablespoon will be enough. You want to ensure this mixture is more powder than oil so the powder will always be more and you can play with the mixture until you get a consistency you like.
Continue to whisk until the oil and powder blend together.
You can run the powder mixture through a fine-mesh sieve but it’s not obligatory.
Store in an airtight container.
If you’ve been turned off by edibles in the past then cannabis powder might just be the solution for you.
It’s flavourless, odourless and can be added to anything without the smell or taste of cannabis.
You may have heard of this ingredient because it’s added to many food products as a thickener or preservative.
It’s a white powder, made from starchy foods, and in most cases, it is perfectly healthy and safe to eat regularly.
If you have any health issues, we always recommend discussing options for edibles with your medical professional first.

Sprinkle this powder on breakfast, lunch or snacks. Sprinkle it on your eggs or:
And because this cannabis preparation is carbohydrate-based, you’ll begin to feel its effects within just 15 to 20 minutes.
Remember, Cannadish Chef Says: “Heat It To Eat It!” Always make sure you decarb your weed first, before making any weed edibles.
