Is there anything better than getting high on a home-cooked meal? Today we’re drooling over Pull-Apart Weed Lasagna.
Drool is an understatement here! You’ll enjoy all of the flavours of lasagna, but in easy-to-cull-apart, bite-sized morsels that are so tasty!
A modern twist on the timeless classic lasagna, made with cannabis butter AND cannabis oil – are you ready to bake, and get baked?!
If you’re not a meat-over, you can skip the part where we’re going to brown up some ground beef and either find a nice meat alternative, like mushrooms or omit it entirely.
How To Make Cannabis Oil
We’re going to use a lot or as little as you want, but having it first is the ticket to a successful weed edible meal.
I always recommend doubling up on this batch, and freezing the rest into ice cube trays and covering them up. You can use 1 cube and that equals approximately 1 tbsp for any of your baked creations!
A recipe on how to make cannabis butter at home. After many cannabutter recipes, we find that this is by far the best way to infuse weed with butter.
Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
Cool down
Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)
