In fact, these compounds are so powerful that they make up about 35 percent of the plant.
CBD extracts are typically considered medicinal, and at the very least, a great addition to your wellness routine, and are not psychoactive or “get you high.”

There are many benefits to taking CBD oil, but it all depends on why you’re taking it and how the oil is used.
