Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1/2 whole jalapeno remove seeds if you don't like spice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar seasoned
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 whole limes squeezed
  • 1/3 cup cannabis oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated or shaved
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper each

SALAD

  • 1 head lettuce sliced into thin strips
  • 2 lg cucumbers sliced
  • 6 cups green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Slice up leafy greens into thin ribbons.
    Prepare your salad toppings:Quarter and cube up the cucumbers. Slice scallions into 1/4 inch cylinders.
  • Make your salad dressing: Place pine nuts, fresh basil, a small shallot, jalapeño, garlic, and chopped green onions into a food processor. Use a citrus juicer or hand reamer to squeeze the juice from two limes into the food processor. Pour in cannabis oil and your choice of vinegar.
  • Add everything together, and sprinkle parm cheese on top!

  • Large Bowl
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Lemon juicer/squeezer
  • Small bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale fresh
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast cubed
  • 5-6 tbsp goat cheese crumbled
  • 2-3 peaches chopped small
  • 1 large tomato sliced

Dressing

  • 1 large lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 cup cannabis oil
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper each.

Instructions

  • Wash kale, chop it into smaller pieces, and gently massage 1 tbsp of cannabis oil into the leaves, in a large bowl.
  • Pre heat overn to 350 F.Place chicken breast on parchment paper, sprinkle salt and pepper, and cook for about 20 minutes or until done.
  • While the chicken is cooking, start chopping your tomatoes, chives, green onions and peaches.
  • Throw everything into the bowl with kale.
  • Make your dressing!
  • Simply combine cannabis oil, dijon, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon togeter in a small bowl and mix.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes, then chop into cubes.
  • layer your cooked chicken and goat cheese crumbles on top, and pour your dressing on top. Mix well with your hands or salad tongs and enjoy!

Cannabis Infused Salad Dressings

1. Italian Cannabis Salad Drizzle

  • 1/4 cup  cannabis oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey ( try for raw)
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, onion powder & garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

Mix everything together thoroughly, and place into a seal tight mason jar.

2. Cannabis Ranch Dressing

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder & dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill & onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Mix everything together thoroughly, and place into a seal tight mason jar.

3. Honey Dijon & Weed Dip ‘N’ Dressing

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Mix everything together thoroughly, and place into a seal tight mason jar.
