Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Preparation Is Key When Baking & Cooking With Weed

With both weed butter and oil, you can prepare batches in advance.

We suggest putting your butter in ice cube trays, covering it and labelling it accordingly in your freezer.

Then, each time you need 1 tbsp (approx( just pop out a cube and you’re good to go!

Same with cannabis oil – store it in a seal-tight mason jar or something similar, and label it.

Then, whenever you’re making a recipe that calls for oil, you’ve got your weed oil right there for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • 5 tbsp cannabutter melted
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese room temp
  • 1 jalapeno chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Start by patting your chicken breast with a paper towel – this reduces moisture on top, and allows for the spices and butter to stick.
  • Slice your chicken breasts into pockets – not all the way through, and do this length-wise. Place them on a parchment paper lined cookie or baking sheet.
  • Set the oven to 350 C to heat up.
  • Place cream cheese, jalapeno, dill, lime juice, room temp cannabis butter, and spices in a bowl, and mix until fully combined.
  • Open the chicken pockets, and spread the mixture inside. Save some to spread on the outside of the chicken too, and save a little for dipping when the chicken is done.
    Drizzle olive oil over top and pop in the oven, uncovered.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cannabis oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 pkg 7 oz extra firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin,garlic, paprika – each
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped small
  • 1/2 cup cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, heat the cannabis oil over medium heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the onion and cook until clear – about 3-4 minutes.
  • Use your hands to crumble the tofu into the pan, then use a spatula to continue to break apart while cooking for 3-4 minutes, until slightly browned.
  • Add the soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne. Continue to cook and break the tofu apart until browned and crumbly.
  • To assemble, spread brown rice on the bottom of a bowl, then layer on lettuce, black beans, corn, tofu, guacamole, and onions. Use the cilantro for garnish if you like and enjoy!

Fish Tacos With Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large piece of fresh Salmon about 18 oz
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 tsp salt divided
  • 4 tbsp Cannabis oil divided also
  • 1 whole lime freshly juiced
  • 1 tsp EACH: chilli powder, Mexican spice, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Cumin,
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper more if you like it HOT!
  • 2 med avocado cubed – ripe and fresh, ready to go!
  • 2 med mangoes cubed – ripe and fresh, ready to go!
  • 1/2 small red onion chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2-4 whole jalapeno's chopped – use more if you like.
  • 1/2 cup cilantro more if you like, chopped.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 150°F. Start by splitting the salt, oil, and lime juice in half.
  • In a small bowl, mix chili powder, Mexican spice mix, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, cumin, ¼ tsp salt, and 2 tbsp cannabis oil. Marinate the fish with this mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix chopped avocado, cubed mango, finely chopped red onion, and 1 tsp lime juice to make the salsa and setraside.
  • In a pan or cast iron skillet over medium heat, use the remaining cannabis oil to sear the fish for 8 minutes until it’s brown. Remove the fish from the pan and discard the skin.
  • In another bowl, mix sour cream, remaining lime juice, and remaining ¼ tsp salt in a bowl until well combined and smooth This will be the drizzle over top when the tacos are complete. .
  • Bake tortillas for 5 minutes in the oven. You can just lay them on the oven rack and use a spatula, or a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • To assemble your fish tacos, shred the salmon and add the pieces onto the tortillas together with the salsa, jalapeno, and cilantoo. Drizzle the sauce over top and enjoy!
  • Best served with Cannabis-infused Tequila!

  • Meat tenderizer
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 4-6 6 oz pices of pork or steak tenderized
  • 6-8 large potatoes sliced thinly
  • 2-3 large white onions sliced thinly
  • 1 bag shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup cannabis oil

Instructions

  • Preheat overn to 375 and while it's heating up, generously drizzle cannabis oil on the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Thinly slice potatoes, and onions, layering first the potatoes on the bottom, followed by the thinly sliced onions, then place the whole pieces of your chosen tenderized meat on top.
  • In a mixing bowl combine mayo, sour cream and cheese. Spread on top of meat layer. Repeat potatoes, onions, and cheese mixture. Drizzle any leftover cannabis oil on top.
  • Pop it into the oven for around 35-45 minutes. Poke a fork into the potatoes at the bottonm.If soft and tender, all done!
