3-Ingredient Chicken Nuggets With Weed Dip

I know you don’t always feel like spending a lot of time whipping up weed edibles, so today we’re making 3-Ingredient Chicken Nuggets With Weed Dip.

It’s a simple, tasty and easy recipe that satisfies your munchies mood.

When you’re making weed edibles, don’t forget to decarb your weed first – it’s absolutely, 100% the step you can’t skip.

I wish it was as easy as sprinkling some bud into butter, or on top of brownies or cookies – but that leads to an unbalanced recipe, and an unbalanced high.

On top of that, you won’t actually or properly activate the flower’s THC, meaning it won’t be as potent and your high will be unmanageable.

The other advantage to decarbing, is that you bake off a bunch at once and have it to use in a thousand different cannabis-infused treats from breakfast to dinner and everything in between!

Ingredient List For Chicken Nuggets

It won’t take you long at all, and you may even have all of the three ingredients at home for these crispy chicken nuggets.

  • 1 can or tin of chicken (white)
  • 1/2 cup of your favourite cheese
  • 1 medium egg
  • Salt & Pepper ( okay, this is four ingredients, but you always need salt and pepper!)

How To Make Cannabis Chicken Nuggets

Turn on the oven to 350 C then:

  1. Drain the chicken from the liquid in the can, add to a bowl
  2. Grate your cheese (or to save time, buy a bag of pre-grated cheese) and put it in the bowl.
  3. Add one egg, some salt & pepper, mix up.
  4. Make little patties from them, about the size of your palm
  5. Place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet
  6. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes, flip over at the 10-minute mark
  7. Eat almost immediately!

Next, you’ll need to make some weed BBQ sauce for dipping. Mmm mmm!!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cannabis Oil
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • Also 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Add all ingredient in a pot.
  • Stir and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Use as marinade, dip or topping
  • Serve the Cannabis Infused BBQ Sauce
