Tuscan Garlic Scallops with Cannabis Oil

- 3 tbsp cannabis oil
- 1 lb scallops
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Itlain seasoning
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
In the non stick frying pan add cannabis oil and let it get hot.
Add in scallops and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Pat dry, set aside.
In the same pan, add in heavy cream, broth, garlic, seasoning, and cook until it boils.
Add in spinach and parm cheese. Once spinach is wilted, add the scallops back in for a few minutes until sauce thickens. Enjoy!
