Simple Weed Edible Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp cannabis butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanila extract
- 2 tbsp cacao powder optional
Frosting
- 1 cup Hazelnut Nutella
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3-4 tbsp cannabis butter more depending on the consistency you like.
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the cannabis butter and sugar until it becomes creamy. Next, add in milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix well!
- Add in the rest of the ingredients including cacao powder if you like, and mix on a low speed until combined.
- Pour 2/3 of the way into your prepared muffin tin and bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cupcake comes out clean.
Frosting
- Beat Nutella and already-whipped, whipping cream together in a bowl until fully combined. Do not over beat.
- Add in your cannabutter, and add a little more if needed to get the desired consistency of frosting you'd like!
- Wait until the cupcakes are fully cooled before frosting. Enjoy!
