Simple Weed Edible Cupcakes

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp cannabis butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanila extract
- 2 tbsp cacao powder optional
Frosting
- 1 cup Hazelnut Nutella
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3-4 tbsp cannabis butter more depending on the consistency you like.
In a bowl mix together the cannabis butter and sugar until it becomes creamy. Next, add in milk and vanilla extract. Mix well!
Add in the rest of the ingredients including cacao powder if you like, and mix on a low speed until combined.
Pour 2/3 of the way into your prepared muffin tin and bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cupcake comes out clean.
Frosting
Beat Nutella and already-whipped, whipping cream together in a bowl until fully combined. Do not over beat.
Add in your cannabutter, and add a little more if needed to get the desired consistency of frosting you'd like!
Wait until the cupcakes are fully cooled before frosting. Enjoy!
