Raspberry Marshmallow Cannabis-Cookies

- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Plate for cannabis sugar (to roll the cookies in)
- Piping bag for icing
- Hand Mixer
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pilsbury Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup cannabis sugar
- 1 jar Raspberry jam
- 2 sticks cannabutter
- 1 7 oz jar of Jet-Puffed Marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cup powedered sugar
Instructions
- take out the sugar cookies and roll into balls, placing them into the cannabis sugar and coating them entirely.
- Bake according to package instructions.
- When removed, and cooled - place a dollop of jam on each cookie.
- Next, make the marshmallow puff icing: 1. Mix cannabutter, marshmallow fluff, vanilla and powdered sugar together until smooth.2. Place into a piping bag. 3. Pipe each cookie with icing4. Sprinkle a little cannabis sugar on top and enjoy!
