Pumpkin Dump Cake With Weed

Equipment

  • Bundt cake pan - non-stick
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Hand Mixer
  • Spatula
  • measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg Jello instant pumpkin pudding OR vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup cannabis oil
  • 8 oz pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Cream Cheese Glaze/Icing

  • 1/2 block cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for cake except the white chocolate chips, put those in at the end.
  • Pour into your bundt cake and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool once finished, and mix up your glaze in a bowl. Pour overtop and enjoy!
