- 1/4 cup Cannabutter
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 cups your favorite uncooked pasta
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1-2 cups Broccoli florets Chopped into small florets
- 1 tsp Garlic minced or 1-2 cloves chopped and minced.
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the salt and pasta of choice. Bring the water back to a boil and cook the macaroni until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain well Set aside and cover.
While it's cooking, grate your cheese, and finely chop/mince garlic if using a fresh clove. If not, you can use 1 tsp of minced garlic from a jar.
Leave the burner on, and add a little water and either cook or steam broccoli florets for about 5 minutes. Drain and mix with pasta.
Add everything back into the pot, adding cannabutter, garlic, salt, pepper, and all cheese. Mix and serve immediately. Enjoy!
