Mars Bar Millionaire Crunch Bars

Sweet, salty and most definitely savoury - with NO baking! Made with cannabis butter and Mars bars.

Equipment

  • 8 x 8 baking dish
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cannabis butter softened
  • 2 Mars Bar Chocolate Bars chopped into chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 large milk chocolate bar think 8 squares +
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal

Instructions

Rice Krispie Bottom

  • In your sauce pan, melt 1/2 cup cannabutter, add in your Mars bars, (chopped) honey, and mix to combine all without over heating or burning. Keep the temp on med-low.
  • IN a bowl, pour dry cereal and then slowly melt in the mars bar mixture until everything is combined. Then, using a pacrhment paper lined 8 x 8 dish, pour in the mixture, and smoosh it down so that it's flat and even all over.

Middle Layer

  • Take the remaining cannabutter and melt it in your sauce pa on medium-low heat ( you'll have to clean it out quick, or use another)
    Add in your brown sugar and stir frequently until melted, combined and thick. Then add in your condensed milk. stir to combine fully.
  • Pour this middle layer overtop of the Rice Krispies layer evenly. Cover and place in fridge for about 1 hour.

Chocolate Top Layer

  • Once the caramel layer is firm, melt your chocolate in a sauce pan on medium-low heat.Pour chocolate overtop of the caramel and let sit in the fridge for a few hours - 3 or so.
  • When everything is cold and firm, remove, slice and enjoy!
